　　Procurement Lead

　　Develop sourcing strategies and manage all aspects of the strategic sourcing process.

　　Understand key cost drivers of assigned categories using value drivers to develop negotiation and cost management strategy.

　　Regularly communicate market updates, performance, objectives, and service risk/ disruption to the business.

　　Develop and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies for the assigned category as necessary.

　　Analyze market alternatives and manage bids, price and contract negotiation.

　　Develop potential suppliers according to the needs of business strategy, and cooperate with R & D, QM department, factory and group headquarters to review suppliers and complete supplier qualification.

　　Develop effective working relationships with key business stakeholders and exhibiting cross-functional influence skills.

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS

　　●Bachelor degree with major in Business Administration, law, finance, supply chain management.

　　●Minimum 3 years’experience in Procurement.

　　●Well versed in direct sourcing and purchasing (desirable categories: Natural Rubber, Synthetic Rubber, Carbon Black, Rubber Chemicals, Tire Cord, Steel Cord, Bead Wire, Dusting Agents, Releasing Agent, Bladders, Tube/flap, etc.).

　　●Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise procurement systems is an added advantage.

　　●Demonstrated skills and experience with high value purchasing and contract negotiations across a diverse range of commodities and service in the Source to Contract process.

　　●Excellent analytical, problem solving and influential skills.

　　●Language proficiency: Japanese & English is mandatory in which at least one is fluent.

　　●Preferably with CPPM/CPSM/CIPS certificates.

　　1＞ Master planner to optimize the supply planning (Short term to long time) to maximal fulfill the sales

　　2＞ With Lean and agility planning ability to supply dynamics sales in multiple channel

　　3＞ Control the MOLD and other bottle net capacity utilization.

　　4＞ Optimize the loading plan based Ｏn capacity constrained and maximal to fulfill the demand

　　5＞ Tracking the order fulfillment to satisfy the sales demand

　　7＞ Control the inventory to minimize the non-effective inventory and total inventory within OB level

　　Requirements :

　　●Oral and written in English is prefered，bachelor's degree in science 3 years SCM Planning working experience, if there was Master planner & Daily scheduling planning experience was the plus.

　　●Strong at analysis and planning methodology enhancement

　　●Good ability to work under pressure and teamwork spirit.

　　●Ability to working with cross function teams to well drive the sales demand into supply planning to achievement high order fill rate.

　　●Coordinate with sales, marketing and controlling Ｏn building Demand Forecast and related analysis, ensure forecasting process is being followed by all relevant parties.

　　●Prepare and analyze the sales forecast indicators. Identify the root cause, potential risk and corresponding actions plan.

　　●Conduct meeting with different parties Ｏn Product Supply and Inventory Situation.

　　●Works closely with related functional areas Ｏn demand changing to prevent unnecessary pile-up of stock.

　　●Support Advanced Planning Tool implementation.

　　Requirements :

　　●Degree holder, with over 3 years working experience and demonstrated successes in demand planning.

　　●At least 3 years solid experience in demand planning, with demand planning tool operation experience is an advantage.

　　●Full familiarity in PC applications, particularly in Microsoft Office Excel.

　　●Well organized, strong in problem solving and decision making independently.

　　●Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels.

　　●Workable Oral English is preferred.
